My blog has a new look... again.

This blog isn't all about books anymore. They still will be the primary focus of the blog, but more frequently will the posts will be centered around other activities & current issues. Same with my Twitter.

Take Care, everyone.

Regarding The Bees: Mark Twain Nominnee?

The Regarding the .... Series, by Kate Kisle, has reached an end. According to the Mark Twain Committee, any book published in 2007 that interests kids in grades 4-6 can be nominated for the 2009-2010 Mark Twain Award. The last book, Regarding the Bees was published in 2007. Would you nominate this book for the Mark Twain Award?

Hey Jacob, Do you think this book should be nominated? Was it one of the better ones in the series?

Actually, they just added it to our school library yesterday. I checked out and finished it in less than a hour(In addition to being the last book, it's also the shortest at 125 pages.) It was great and I think it should be nominated for the Mark Twain Award.
